campground change

Well I haven't really towed Bertha in 4 years. It was an adrenaline rush for me and that old Chevy still got it!

And the new seasonal site with lots of work to be done, mostly next year.

We've been at this site in Wilderness Campground since 2012, this TT since August 2013. Last 2 photos of the local wildlife.

Thanks guys, The water feature was inherited from the previous older couple couldn't keep up with bad health. Those chimes do sound nice, tubes are 1-1/4 aluminum, longest is 3ft, shortest is 1-1/2 ft. I found a bigger one that has double clapper but can't get DW talked into buying them for $150.

1st year at our seasonal site just outside Wisconsin Dells. We got a few things done this year. Even though we just closed up a few weeks ago and had to pull the camper out to get the front cap painted (under warranty) for fading we can’t wait for the 2018 season. We still have to put in our fire pit, some landscaping and we are planning on putting a roof over the deck.

The only months that I have not stayed over-night at the seasonal site is December, January, and March. Running out of December but I need to cross another month off my list.

No water in winter but park is open 365 and we are on sewer. Bring enough water along to flush toilets, wash hands, make coffee. In fall, leave plenty of fire wood in the shed so that we can have pudgy pies. Left RV anti-freeze in the unit to re-winterize the toilet and sink before we leave.

I wish my campground allowed that. U can only visit to check mice from mid October to April

On a very warm weekend last February, about 10% of the members were visiting their sites on that wonderful Saturday. Only a few of us had a campfire and stayed over night though. One of our most memorable trips of 2017.
