20' Dometic awning complete assembly

I am removing a 20' Dometic manual awning from our 2008 Cherokee 38P because the trailer is up against a tree and cabin and the awning can only be opened one foot.

Exact dimensions are:

Roller end cap to end cap: 20' 6 3/4"

Center of mounting bracket to center of mounting bracket: 20' 11"

Awning material width: 19' 9"

The mechanism is in perfect working order. The outermost layer of the awning has received some weathering. The rest of the awning is believed to be in good condition. If if is not, we can renegotiate when we inspect it.

The awning assembly is available for pickup at Ivor, VA, only. I will not ship it.

I am asking 350 for this awning assembly, with a 50 discount if you help me remove it. For comparison, used 20' awning assemblies at rvawningrepairs dot com are 499.

I have a nearby buyer who's coming for it when we can agree on a date.

Would you really want to come to eastern Virginia for an awning? Shipping a 21 foot awning would be difficult.

If you do ship... Old Domion Frt has the best overlength that I see. We have a $75 OL(20+ a little) that I use. Most LTLs are 150-250 OL for 21ft plus the freight. In other words a minimum for OD would be $200+ if that helps.
