A very nice 2006 Georgetown 370 TS XL. Motor home can be purchased separately and also Tow car but only after Motor home sells. The XL is the optional model that provides the Artic Pack with the motor home giving you Options like Dual Payne windows, Heated Tanks and Extra Insulation. The 370 TS is a Triple slide with the very popular Bath and a half design. Great for entertaining and for the kids. Tires were replaced less than 2 years ago and Transfer switch and converter just last summer, converter is now the type that will allow float charging of batteries during storage, Sharp microwave oven also in 2019 New refrigerator unit was installed Sept 2019 with a lifetime warranty,New Unit is on a Ford Chassis with the V10 engine and has had only synthetic oil during the time I have owned it.
Last trip in it was to California without a single problem in Oct 2019.
Overhead TV has been replaced with a flat screen and another flat screen has been installed in one of the storage compartments for viewing at the campsite. Very handy . Rear storage door on most of The model line have been a problem, not this one The door was removed and through a local fiberglass shop has been reinforced and sealed so it now provides dry storage for the spare tire and other items as needed.
