2020 Rockwood Signature RV. This trailer has been selling in the high 40k to low 50k if you can find one. Everything works in this RV since the day we bought it. It is fully loaded. Has automatic leveling. The awnings are protected by a metallic shell. Slideouts have their individual awning topper. Comes with an outdoor kitchen with fridge, two burners, sink and outdoor storage. Also comes with a griddle. We upgraded the chairs to Lazyboy recliners. Just about every place we camped, the back end was facing our view whether it was the ocean or a lake. The chairs were easy to turn around and look at our view as we drank coffee in the morning. The bed is a King size bed. The tires have been changed and upgraded to Good Year tires. Comes with two A/Cs. One A/C also comes with a heater which saves on propane. The fireplace has a 5000BTU furnace that heats up the trailer nicely. Upgraded for two batteries in parallel. trailer has been lightly used and is in mint condition.
