The factory warranty is not transferable. It's only good for the original owner.
Unless you're talking about a 3rd party extended warranty. Some of those are transferable.

O well thats sucks, and thanks for letting me know.

I guess if anyone is interested they could go through it and I could get anything taken care of before transferring title.

Or maybe "rent" it first until the warranty is up.
