Took delivery of this very nice Surveyor Legend 19BHLE in June of 2021, took her on 4 trips: Richmond, Boston, Philly, and local Baltimore, and figured that it's too small for the family as we've recently added 2 cats in addition to 3 kids very crowded . We plan to upgrade to a Rockwood MiniLite 2509S.
It's basically fully loaded with TV except the Arctic Package heated tanks , and I've upgraded to 2 x 20lb propane tank setup. This TT will stand up to low 30s and high 20s temps personally tested if you keep the heater running board up the sides while parked.
15K BTU AC has SoftStart installed.
Interior upgrade is basically a nice and thick memory foam mattress.
The TT is very well maintained, wife has OCD about cleaning and we do not wear shoes inside the TT.
Factory warranty until end of June 2022, and I need to check if the extended service plan I bought is transferrable.
