The Site Team always recommends that members NOT post their personal phone numbers.
That's why we have the Personal Message system here, so members can communicate safely with each other.
Then you don't have to post post vital personal information that the scammers and identity thieves, that are constantly attacking our Forum, can steal from you.
So all you have to do, is ask the seller to send you a PM or you send them a PM. At that point, personal phone numbers can be exchanged.

I use the green app all the time and send and receive PMs all the time.
I think you have to go to the full website and go into the User CP and check your PM settings.
One or both of you may not have it set for receiving PMs.
