On our 2017 there is a switch right on the control panel but with the newer ones could it be on the RV One control screen? Look maybe where it shows the gauge screen, if not look in where the screen is for a rocker switch and it should light up red.

It will be on your control panel under Monitor Panel. I know that every tank has a heater, but I don't know if they are individually controlled or all controlled by the "Water Tank Heater" switch.
