AC only working on one zone at a time

Currently in Yuma AZ in my 2017 RiverStone Legacy 38 FB. Temps are pushing the high 90's and I can not get both AC to run at the same time. I can get zone 1 to work or zone 2 to work but not together.

Is there a setting I am missing on my Dometic thermostat?

You should be punished Sir for posting these temperatures, we had a foot and a half of snow yesterday and woke up to -28C (neg. 18F) this morning .
My understanding is you are on 50 Amp service and both ACs work but not not at the same time. Look at the "Power Contol System" panel behind the closet door, scroll through all the options and select "50 Amp", "No Load Shed" for front, middle and rear AC. I hope this does the trick.

Thanks so much! That did the trick and both units are humming along nicely.

The weather back home is certainly nasty and we are delaying our return as much as we can.

If it is of any consolation, it is cooler here today, only 94.
