Help with TV reset

We have a 2018 Riverstone Legacy 38RE. Both TV's have displayed fine until about 2 weeks ago.
Our living room TV, a 65" Samsung, started acting up about 2 weeks ago. On all recorded programs, we now have to manually adjust the screen to fit the TV every time. A Samsung rep said to unplug it to refresh it. Has anyone done this? I'm concerned that once I get my arm behind the TV I'm concerned that I won't be able to get the plug back in. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Hugs, Di
PS HAPPY THANKSGIVING

That's what I was going to say, but Samsung should be able to walk you threw more than a refresh if that doesn't work

Samsung is right - do a hard boot and unplug or turn off the breaker while the TV is on. Wait a minute and then restore the power.
I’ve had to do this and it works.

Try starting up the TV with the remote by pressing and holding down the on button for 10 seconds or so.

Right--just flip off the breakers at the power center. If you have a generator, don't let it start. Wait a few minutes. Turn the breakers back on.

If you don't want to flip off all the breakers, turn on the TV. Turn a breaker off. If that doesn't turn off the TV, turn it back on and try the next one. When you find the one that turns off the TV, label the breaker, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on.

You should also be able to do a software factory reset.

Go into MENU.
Go to SUPPORT
Go to SELF DIAGNOSIS

From here you can try a number of things. If all else fails...

Go to RESET
