How to turn on water pump

I've filled fresh water tank, settings to dry camping, and water pump turned on on Control Panel. No water pressure. Is there another switch I'm missing somewhere? Thanks.

Got 12vDC? At the switch (these usually light when on) and at the pump?

Yep. 13.55vdc. Note that the “switch” is just and LCD panel light on the LCI ONEControl panel. I’m guessing there’s a physical rocker switch somewhere that I don’t have activated.

I’ve opened all the doors but am not seeing - or hearing - a water pump.

EDIT: ok, Found water pump in forward compartment behind hidden wall.

If you had the city water system working and all lines filled then the pump will not come on unless a valve is opened.

If the rv had the valves set to drain all lines then the valves to the anti freeze suction could be in the wrong position. I have done that.

Mess with them.

Often there is a fuse at the pump.

There may be a separate fuse in the power panel for the pump. (My trailer is miles away so I can't check mine.) Typical power panel will light a LED when the fuse fails so it's easy to spot.

Check to see if there's a manual valve in the wrong position for winterizing.

We have a 2017 unit without the One Control panel so just the normal rocker switch, there is a second one in the docking station area as well. Did you check the valve setting in the docking station to make sure they are in the correct position for working off the fresh tank?

Yes, I went over the valve settings (so did a second set of eyes) and they all appear to be in the correct configuration.

Fuses all looked good too.

We’re traveling to a winter location where we’ll be for a few months so I’ll chase it down further there. We just needed the use of the toilet while on the road today and tomorrow. We’re at a campsite with full hookups tonight so it’s not an urgent issue; just thought it would have been a simple thing. I’ll figure it out and let you guys know. Thanks for all the responses.

If you don't have power to the pump, sometimes there is an in-line fuse just before the pump (now that you have found it) and it may either be blown or missing. It is in my TT a blade type fuse. If you are getting power to the pump and it is running but not pumping check your strainer to make sure it is tightly onto the base so you are not sucking air. Otherwise you may have a problem with the pump itself (assuming it is getting power). Good luck

A quick check shows that I've got power to the pump (I can hear it running when I turn it on, and it stops when I turn it off), so most likely I've got a plumbing issue (probably up in the water manifold in the basement). Too tired to chase it down tonight, but will look at it later in the week.
