Need Help: Attention 2020 39FK Owners

I spoke with Austin this morning at Riverstone. I explained to him the problem that I discussed in my other thread about losing the OneControl configuration.
They do not have any of the configuration files for any of the RVs that they build. I asked him if they have a 39FK that they could copy the file and email it to me, but he didn't know if they were running FK production on the line right now. He suggested I reach out to my dealership to see if they have one on the lot that they could copy it from.

In the meantime, if you have a 39FK, could you please ping me so that I can get a copy of your config file? I can talk you through downloading it. It's about a 2 minute job.

Bump to top. I've escalated this within Riverstone, and they're trying to see what they can do. I still don't have my configuration restored.

If any of you have a 2020 39FK, I'd REALLY appreciate your help. In the other thread I posted the instructions for saving your configuration to a USB stick.
