Riverstone 38FB oven

Second time using our riverstone the oven wont power up and spark to light the pilot . It has the furrion oven and gas cooktop. Oven manual mentions a 5 amp fuse in the 12 volt supply but can’t find it? Any ideas?

We have the same oven and this is what I copied from the installation/manual pdf on the Furrion website:

From a 12V DC power source run a minimum 16AWG 2-conductor cable
or above to the upper
right rear corner of the
oven cavity, use a 5A fuse
at the power source for
protection.

It doesn't say there is an inline fuse, it may just be a 12 Volt fuse in the main panel. If the led display lights up and you hear the fan running you may have a bad igniter, try to ignite the pilot light with a bbq lighter .......

You can’t light the oven with a lighter, I tried to. Called dealer but the didn’t know where the 5 amp fuse was . So it’s going back for service on that and a few other items.

Found problem with the oven . It is connected to the accent lights in the kitchen. I believe it is kitchen bar lights turned on myrv app or the remote control in the cabinet near front door.
Also noticed the big plastic washer on the refrigerator lock was making marks on the refrigerator. Got at 3” round felt pad and made a hole in the center . No more marks on the refrigerator doors
