Riverstone Loss Of Power

I have a 2022 Riverstone 39RKFB. We’ve been living in it for 5 weeks now with zero issues. Until today. We were moving campgrounds and had brought the 2 rear slides in, then suddenly we lost power. The lights, AC & the power to the slides went out.

The Mira VegaTouch control panel would only partially work. You could change the screen from Home, lights & HVAC but then once on that screen you couldn’t do anything else.
The solar panel device in the closet read 14ish volts. But the control panel would show 20ish volts. Not sure if that means anything.

The jacks would operate so we were able to move it to a temporary spot so the next people could have that spot.
The rv center where we bought it said they were full & about 2 months out.

Does anybody have a suggestion as to what this might be?

Welcome to the forum.

If your batteries are fully charged, and breakers and fuses are all working, you probably need someone to trace down what might be a hidden fuse or broken wire. Of course, this would happen on a holiday weekend. You can try to call Riverstone and see if they'll authorize a mobile mechanic.

Edit... If you have a voltmeter, check to see if the batteries are truly charged. If they aren't fully charged, that could be your problem. If your battery disconnect was on in the rig, it might not have been charging the batteries.

Yeah the batteries tested fine. He did mention that their could be a hidden fuse somewhere. But he wasn’t familiar with Riverstone. And he couldn’t get anybody on the phone.

There is a small re-settable fuse in the front compartment area behind the curved piece of plastic to the right side of the bin (at least that's where mine is) ours kept popping but would reset, it was eventually switched to a larger size by the factory, maybe yours might be a lower size. This has been discussed before but mostly with Cedar Creeks, there might be info in their sub section with photos to help you

Look for something like this and press the little black button on the end. There might be several, usually close to the battery.

Sounds to me like you lost A/C power. I assume you checked the plug and breakers at the pedestal and at your inside breaker box? The cable reels for A/C power have been known to short out as well. So that is another place to check connections. From your description that you were able to retract your levelers even with this problem tells me that your batteries are charging because the levelers do not work well or at all with uncharged batteries.
