Riverstone owners: what are the recurring build issues you’re seeing?

I have owned a 2019 39RKFB since this past February. I have had the following issues: front bathroom toilet back up after relatively little use even though black tank sensor in the control panel says it is empty. Zones 1 and 3 a/c units continuously read 32 degrees as the internal temp. (Zone 2, which had a remote sensor in the bedroom works fine). 2 roller shades have separated from the rollers. Splendide washer had a sliced drain hose so water dumped out onto the floor during initial use.

Do you have your inverter on? Mine does this when its on, works fine when off.
