Television Issue

Weird incident with the television last night. Wife was watching Nexflix on main tv (60" Sony) in our 38MB. Picture froze for 30 seconds and then tv shut off. She couldn't get a picture back. I was sleeping at the time but woke up around 3 and tried to watch tv. Zip, zilch, nada. Satellite receiver would come on but couldn't even get a power light on the television. On top of that, the control panel lights on the fireplace below the tv were flashing (fireplace was off)? I unplugged, pressed every button on remote, to no avail. Finally went to fusebox and pulled fireplace fuse and flipped breaker. Success!! Curious if anyone has an idea as to what happened or if it has happened to you. Hoping an isolated issue.

The control panel on our fireplace also flashes on and off in our 39FK. It is in the dealership now for some items as well as the fireplace. It also would not work using the thermostat in it.

Mine won't work using the thermostat either can only use it on high

Sounds to me like you had a power blink or momentary brownout.
Was the clock on your microwave flashing?
New TVs aren't like the old days. A "smart" TV is really a mini computer that can display video. Like any computer it can lock up and need a re-boot.

If it doesn't happen again you're good!

No blink on the microwave, but perhaps different circuit. Hopefully a fluke. Time will tell. Only three weeks into the new unit.

I experienced a similar issue in my 2018 38FK. Long story short, the problem was actually related to the 50 AMP Electrical Box. One of the poles went out cutting half of the power to the unit. Connected to a different electrical box and everything worked
