You can hook to the trailer at any angle if needed.
The goose box, unfortunately, only has a 16k/3k rating and is not an option for even the smallest RS.

My B&W Companion arrived; my rig should be here in 2 weeks if the world doesn't fall apart between now and then.

I am going to try that first and see how it does. If I have a problem with chucking and a rough ride I will look into the goose box and the BD5. Thanks for all the solid input.

I have had a B&W hitch for 6 years with a TrailAir pin box for 5 years and it has always been a great combination until now. My new Silverado 3500 is a little tall. I was told this week by a rv service department that my TrailAir could not be raised up to lower the pin box. Iím going to Goshen IN for a few days next month and Iíll know some more then. Iím having a little trouble now with the puck system, I donít have the top nuts tight enough but Iíll fix that

Well, the hot-shotter hooked up today and is heading down the road. If all goes well I should have my rig Thursday. Yah!
