I'm wondering if the YouTubers have really emotional tempers and insufficient communication skills to explain their issues to Lippert and give Lippert an opportunity to respond. Doesn't take much skill to put a rant on YouTube.
I personally disregard a lot of information I find posted via the internet. Always look at and verify the source. As to YouTube, again a mish-mash of shade tree mechanics. Beware of any that say "Well I don't have one of those but......."

Just because it is on the internet or on YouTube does not automatically make it so.

Is it just me or does it appear to have spacers in it?? Trailers are not meant to be lifted in this manner & I'd lean towards the lift being the cause of the failure.
I suspect if this is the case, as soon as Lippert sees that, they will deny the claim as it's been "modified"
Some of you may say what's the big deal in raising it like this.. they put blocks in on trucks all the time..
Have you ever noticed the axle flex between front & rear when turning on pavement... now you add blocks into it, which will literally act like big levers, putting extra stress on the frame.
Forgive me if i'm wrong on the spacers in those first pictures...
