2021 NOBO 19.6 Vacuum

Is it normal for the bottom of the installed vacuum in the NOBO 19.6 to be about 3/4" above the floor? It does not pick up a lot of debree, so we have to pick it up with a dust pan. Seems to make the vacuum seem sort of useless. Or, was it installed too high and needs to be lowered. Anyone else have this problem?

Question 2021 NOBO Vacuum

Is the vacuum working at all? Others have found that the hose fell off the back of the unit.

Yes, it turns on and picks up some of the dirt, but not all since the bottom of the vacuum is 3/4" above the floor. The rest of the dirt have to pickup with a dust pan and broom.

This. Ours wasnít working for crap. Went behind it and found the hose was not plugged in. Fixed that and it works great. Well, I will add, you need to check the bag installation as well. I wanted to purchase spares so I opened it up and the bag was not connected. After cleaning all the dirt out, and vacuuming it back up, it works great. Check your bag.

Ours has plenty of suction. Check your hose and bag.

Good luck.

This happened to me, and once I resolved I had no suction/placement issues.
