No bo 16.8
Anyone else out there with a 16.8. We have had ours for almost a year now and love it. Id be interested in communicating with other 16.8 owners on 16.8 specific upgrades and or issues.
Regards
Mark

I have one, Need to take it in but service is 3 hours away and we are stuck at home of course. Frig only gets to 45 degrees. Ive tried everything. 42 if I use propane. Otherwise I love it. Its our 4th trailer and our smallest but it really is cool.

New NoBo 16.8
Just picked up my NoBo 16.8. Working on the "move in". I am interested in learning how to add things like towel bars in the small bath room.

We don't have your rig, but we also have a small bathroom.
Over-the-door towel bars work. Also using Command Outdoor/Wet Spaces mounting strips have worked for us.

Larry, glad you like the 16.8. We really love ours. Keep an eye on the four long screws that help hold the steps on. Ours have come out twice. We finally got it dialed in "I think". We took it to our local shop who is a Forest River authorized work shop. The fenders are also bolted to the frame, However If the four screws come out or get loose, the fenders pull away from the side of the trailer and bang against the siding.
We haven't had the refer problem however it does take a good day running on Electrical to come up to temp...Or down...I guess...

Well trailer has been at shop for 4 weeks, fridge is being replaced, they determined it was bad. As I pulled trailer up driveway the trailer leak, more like gushed water out the back underneath. Came out from everywhere. I had run water through whole system in garage just to put everything through it’s paces. There not sure if it came out the black or grey tank or somewhere else. The belly was full of water though. Still waiting on finding out.

Thanks for the tip on the step screws. I did find several sharp edges from manufacturing that I filed down.
Planning the first trip post quarantine for mid June.

Update: still waiting for fridge, it was shipped. Found leak, fresh water tank has hole in bottom that was slowing leaking and filling the belly pan. Maybe get trailer back within 2 weeks.

Thought I would give an update: I reached out to FR and they were really on it. Very helpful and got us taken care of. Everything fixed and ready to head out.

Hello. We have owned our NOBO 16.8 for approx. 3 weeks and just noticed an on/off switch on the left side of the storage compartment (basement). What is this switch for? It has been set to off but I can't find anything on this switch and it was never covered when we purchased. thank you!

I don't have that but others have said it is the light out by the hitch in front.

Our first trip was boondock camping. Site was off a national forest fire road in Virginia. I scraped the rear bumper, spare tire holder, and jacks on some of the swales in the road. Enjoyed the camper. Outside temp was in the high 40s (f) at night. Stayed warm while enjoying the experience. Replaced the OEM spare tire holder with this heavy duty holder. o https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Needed to purchase longer bolts to fit the rear hollow bumper.
Hope to get another trip in in Sept and Oct.

Currently researching the nobo 16.8. To those who own one. Do you recommend this trailer and would you buy one again? What are your experiences with this model? Does FR back thier products.
Thanks for all replies.

16.8 is good for two people or two people with a child. Small size & lite weight allows it to be towed by a SUV. I have had mine since April 2020. Made three trips.
