NoBo 10.5 Floor Deck

I have had my NoBo 10.5 for 1 year 2 months and am currently on a trip to see family. There has been a lot of rain recently so I was checking for any leaks. I was checking under the edge of the outside wall and found a couple of areas that had deteriorated between the outside wall and the frame. I checked in the front and it was worse. I called the dealer where I purchased it and he said I could bring it in for and appointment in January. I’m trying to find out if it’s covered by the warranty or not. I told them that the year was up 60 days ago but this had to have been an issue way before now. It also looks like a really bad design to have exposed plywood under the trailer without anything to protect it.
Has anyone else had this problem if so how did you fix it?
Cheers

Have you checked the roof caulking periodically since you bought it. It should be checked every 3-6 months.

I have, I cleaned the roof about 6 weeks ago and checked all the caulking. It would appear that the water running down the front and rear wets the exposed plywood in between the outside edge and the frame. This caused the wood to become wet and delaminate. I never noticed it when it was dry but it’s rains for most of the week plus driving in the rain now it’s obvious that there’s an issue. The sides are not in great shape but they’re still solid, even behind the wheels where you would get a lot of water coming up.
