NoBo 10.6 Water pump shots off and doesn’t run

Got my new trailer a month ago, first time camping Started using the water, works for a while and all of a sudden it shots-off and the refrigirator, tried to turn on the switch again on and off but doesn’t light up anymore it seems that I lost power even the water level sensor and battery check wont light up anymore. Besides having shore power or the battery on, check the fuse box panel there is no red light and the breaker looks fine, replaced the 15 amp for the pump and still not working. The trauma refrigerator doesn’t work too when plug into the battery but works in shore power. Everything works except for those two water pump and ref using battery. Is there any fuse hiding somewhere I looked under the pump there is nothing, should I check behind the pump switch panel is there fuse in there. My RV dealer is 700km away from my place and not practical to travel that far (they said they have to look at it first no guarantee if they’ll fix it that day and it will be costly for me). HELP is there any tips - thanks
