NoBo 19.5

so during the first year I have a problem with door sticking and bow or bubble in the exterior panel above the door.
I took the trailer to a forest river recommended dealer to fix it but they could not figure out why it was doing this. That was in Febuary this year. The one year warranty is ended in March. The camper has sat in storage till a few weeks ago and I took it for a short camping trip to state park.
I notice that the door does not open easily by that point unless i jack up the right rear corner.. Put it back in storage and take it out again this weekend. On preping for trip couldn't open the door at all, I decided to look around and behind the tire on right side the frame is bowed and cracked. This unit hits a pot hole and bounces like a ball. No easy flex. Extremely stiff.
So now 5 months after they could not find this i dont know what to do. Can it be repaired ? I see why it was not discovered it was behind the tire. I feel maybe they should fix this but after seeing all the bad reports online I feel I may be stuck with it. I am extremely dissapointed

This post is like the earlier on you made don't assume FR won't help give it a try. with the bouncing have you considered adding shocks to the suspension?

I am at a loss. The axle is a torsion and single. So as long as it is it has no second axle to take up slack for pot holes or if there is washboard road. I would hope FR will help. I really like the camper layout and all but it leaves a lot to be desired on travel. I dont have much gear just dishes and few clothes tank of water. I do short trips on dirt roads or state parks. I see it bounce and it is pretty alarming with such a big trailer

I made the assumption it was a sprung axle my bad. There may be a way to add shocks to a torso axle with that said I haven't heard of it yet.
