Arkansas closes all state parks

Effective Friday there will be no over night camping in Arkansas State Parks.

If ever there was a time for gov’t to step up and serve the people it is now, and I would have hoped that campers would have been allowed to establish whether or not they have a permanent home (within reasonable access) before being forced to leave a public campground. I wonder what in the world policy-makers think “shelter in-place” means?

You mean full-timers should be allowed to stay in campgrounds while recreational RVr's are forced to leave?
How might government differentiate between the two?

Some of our state parks were seeing near record crowds despite the governor calling for social distancing . Several trails and popular spots were packed with people totally ignoring any social distancing.
