Crazy times

Greetings fellow RV'ers. Hope all are well. Watching the news this morning they reported on the latest unemployment numbers. Approaching 20 million. First time in history the % of unemployed has been this high. CRAZY. A few stories later--RV SALES SURGE. With so many people having to change vacation plans, RV's are flying off the lots. CRAZY. You would think it would be the opposite. With so many unemployed, in limbo on whether or not their job is secure, they would not be making major purchases as such. CRAZY? We are planning much shorter trips for this summer. Last year left RV in park all summer. This year, well it's iffy at best. Wishing all safe travels, good health, and Happy RV'ing!

Yup. It's a crazy world.

Many health care workers are buying rvs to live in to protect their families from covid19. An rv would be much more comfortable than sleeping in your car.
Interest rates are low, so if you're one of the people still employed and have always wanted an rv... why not now.
Many older people are retiring rather than trying to collect unemployment and going through the hassle of trying to find a nonexistent job. If you always wanted to travel, better now than later.

It may be crowded out there by the time we finally get to go camping.
