What are your scientific credentials that makes you qualified to dispute CDC guidelines for mask wearing recommendations?
Which guidelines as delivered by the CDC? When they announced that masks were not effective in preventing the virus or after?

Your claim that masks don't work goes against the vast majority of the doctors and nurses ON THE ENTIRE PLANET.
But sure have it your way.....

The CDC and WHO said they were ineffective...

Doctors and Nurses wearing N95 masks is an entirely different deal. If everyone was wearing an N95 we would certainly be better off.

Show me (with statistics) were masks are keeping infection rates down..

Don't get me wrong...I don't think Covid 19 is anything to be trifled with and at any time we could have a mutation that would make 1918 look like a party but I require proof with numbers.

How bout this.... if masks -might help- I am gonna wear mine.
I'm gonna wear mine to try and protect the little old lady in the grocery store or the little old man who's "greeter" at Wallyworld. I'm gonna wear mine because Dr. Fauci asked me to.
I'm gonna wear mine because our President Elect said it's a good idea.
I'm gonna wear mine because I think it's a good and patriotic thing to do.
I'm gonna wear mine because a little inconvenience or discomfort beats the heck out of having a tube crammed down my neck.
I'm gonna wear mine. Period.

A little fact checking is in order here as this statement is inaccurate and lives are at stake.
