From what i found with your model Water heater in in back of unit so you should find the bypasses under fridge behind panel

Thank you, thats where the valves were, except there is no bypass valve, also the vavles are in the off position but I had hot water in my shower this summer. The trailer was new and I flushed the lines myself ffrom the "winterize". So the valve must not work?

Can you post a picture of the valves? Something doesn’t sound right.

Sorry, they dont let me post a pic, uinless they make it so difficult I cannot figure it out. . Thank you for trying to help me out. There is the hot water valve at the top and the cold at the bottom with both valves closed. I just came across some pics of this, others have had the same issues.

Seems it is a 2 valve system now, with the valves turned towards the tank for normal operation and in the same direction as the water flow for winterizing. Backwards from any other plumbing I have seen. Thanks again.

This system is explained in the thread we keep as a sticky in the plumbing subsection here:

That is the standard way that all 3-way diverter valves work - water flow follows the handle.

"They" do let you post a picture.

Did you try clicking the paper-clip icon at the top of the editor? (Answer Yes or No)

Did you try clicking the "Manage Attachments" button below the editor window, where it says "Attach Files"? (Answer Yes or No)

Both of these options do the same thing.

Did you read the Welcome Letter that was PM'd to you? It will direct you where you can get instructions on posting pics.
If you're using the green FRF app, it's super simple to post pics.

You might be thinking of the valves as one way ball valves (handle in line with water line for open/operation, handle perpendicular to flow for off/closed).

The new 2-valve systems take a similar approach, but - as you discovered - the valve handle now points in the direction of flow: at the water heater for normal operation, inline with the water line for bypass. This sort of valve isn't as intuitive because it's not "ON" or "OFF" - it's water "TURN 90°"*or "GO STRAIGHT".

Before, we had three-valve H-systems, with on/off valves (easier to understand).
Now, there's two valve U-systems, with slightly more complicated valves (simpler to plumb AND cheaper)

For what it's worth, there's also one valve systems on residential style trailers, but those are different animals.

Hope this helps.

The valves are located in the wet bay in the front storage area. You have to remove the bump out cover
