Hey, CatsMeow - welcome to the forum. In addition to this new thread you've started, I highly suggest you check out the
Dealer Review section for some added detail.
Some dealerships generally have some pretty straightforward pricing practices, but the recent changes in the RV industry (including increased demand and supply chain issues) have rendered much of that kind of general understanding moot.
Sounds like price is your main driver. If you've already decided that buying your East-To-West remotely is fine (and distance is not an issue), then pick your model, floor plan, option it, and get some build sheets going with prices from dealers that you'd consider approaching, then figure in the costs and effort to bring it back home.
In buying my trailer, I ended up buying remotely and saved many thousands over local dealers, even figuring for the dealer experience and going to retrieve it.
Hope this helps/welcome.
