East to West

Wife and I just finished our first real adventure in our new 25KRB. Our trip involved 4500 miles in two and a half weeks. The only problem we’ve had has been with the Dometic 15k a/c. I’m 6’2 and wife is 5’7 so the King bed was very handy. So just thought I would pass it along that everything held together and we all survived.

Congrats! We have the same TT. I love the floor layout. The only drawback I can think of is I'd like a little more room to walk around that king sized mattress.
We camped in it for 4 months over the winter. I've made a bunch of mods since we came home. You might be interested in some of them.

I made a few simple mods to ours also. I particularly like the no slides for instant access for pit stops. Wish the dinette was a little narrower side to side to make the aisle a little wider and a fold down counter extension. I put magnetic catches on the water heater access to aid in draining and winterizing. Let me know some of your mods. I like personalizing things to make it better or easier. Thanks for the reply.

Since you mentioned a counter extension - this cutting board was a great addition. It was cut to fit the sink, and you can just slide it to either side.

Thanks for all the ideas. Really like the easy start for the a/c but my a/c is out right now and waiting for dealer to call me back for an appointment to get it fixed. Got mine down at Berryland and they’ve been great to work with but they’re about 275 miles away from us.

Got my a/c fixed under warranty locally so we’re back in business. I also fixed the vent on the side for the refrigerator to keep the wasps and dirt daubers out.

Don't try to figure it out. Go to our "How To" sticky thread at https://www.forestriverforums.com/fo...sics-6778.html and follow the instructions in post 7.

Your screens look great but don't forget to clean them often as I am sure dirt and dust will collect, nice job

I love your cutting board. Do you mind sharing where you got it from? Thank you!

Cutting Board

I got this Cutting Board but you should measure your sink and go from there.
