30 Amp to 50 Amp with Surge Protector

We are going to a site that has only 50 amp service. Our trailer is 30 Amp. Can we still use our 30 Amp Surge Protector with the 50-30 dogbone?

Yes The EMS/surge protector simply protects from voltage issues ( over V or UnderV) and open lines. It does not care about current so you are fine. The max current you can use in the TT is 30A as protected by the RV main breaker.
