314bud solar setup

I have a Salem 2022 314bud with a Go power solar 30 amp panel and controller with 100ah panel. This unit has a gas internal fridge and an external AC fridge that I would like to keep working full time. I have a 4500 watt generator that I use for AC during the heat of the day and sometimes all night. I would like to figure out battery and solar requirements in order to ensure my outdoor fridge is running full time for my off grid camping. My questions are how many apps do in need for solar panels and what kind of batteries do I need?

I appreciate all of your expertise. Thank you!

Here is a couple of videos and websites that explain how to figure out your power needs:

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. You need to figure out what your power needs will be when off the grid then plan your system around that. The video above is a good starting place.
