356QB Stabilizer Jacks not working

I just took delivery on my new Salem Hemisphere (same as Heritage Glen) 356QB and took her straight out for a spring camping trip. We’ve noticed a few odds and ends that will need to be addressed with the dealer, but the main issue I’m having is the rear stabilizer jacks will not extend or retract by using the button. I was able to use the hand crank, but looking for advice on what/where to check to resolve the issue.

I think the first thing I would do is check for power at the switch

Yeah, I don't have a volt meter handy, but that certainly is on my checklist.

do you have a remote that operates the jacks?

I don't believe so. The only remote that I'm aware of is for the TV, Sound System and Fireplace.

Since it's a new trailer, there should be a remote which operates your outside lights, stabilizer jacks, awning, etc. It's about the size of a deck of playing cards. Maybe place a call into your dealer to see if they forgot to give it to you,

Have you checked all your fuses?
When you tried the buttons, were you connected to shore power, or running off the battery or tow vehicle?

Check the aframe for a DC breaker. If you hit the limit then it will trip. They look like this.

Hope you get it figured out.
