IT WORKS!!! Yay!!! Whomever it was that told me to follow the red wire all the way to the rig. I did that. Had to crawl under the rig and hit the switch. It now runs off battery. Whew!! Thank you thank you thank you! You just saved our vacation!!

We took our trip. All went well with the battery. At night as just used a lot of lanterns to save on draining the battery. We actually would have been fine it think even if we had kept the lights on every night for an extended period. Every morning our battery was still 3/4 full. We brought our generator just in case and it didn't take long to charge it to full everyday. Even used the radio for a good portion of the time and still had 3/4 every morning. It was cold at night so had the heater running as well at night. The battery we bought was group 24 and it was still able to put out a lot. That was the first trip ever we took relying only on the battery. Now we have so many options when it comes to camping since we know we will be ok with just the battery.
