Everchill 12V Refrigerator

We have a 2021 Salem 28FKV with the Everchill Refrigerator.
We just found out that it is impossible to change the position of the shelves in it due to the door not opening wide enough. Door hits the cabinets.
Looks like a design flaw in the kitchen floorplan.
I assume we will have to take off the Fridge door, position our shelves then reinstall the door.
Anyone else have any ideas? Can the doors be swung in the opposite direction on these?

Contacted Forest River and they said the only way was removing door. Design flaw and that they are aware of it... and cannot swing doors from the left side. Oh well things could be worse I guess.

Just FYI. The manual has instructions for removing and/or swapping the door swing.

It's a pain that they did that, but at least there's a way to do it if you don't mind removing the doors.
