Got the Salem Villa Estate 395RET delivered to my seasonal site today. It was a long wait but worth it.

Thanks, the interior is a new layout for 2016 on the Villa Estates.
When we saw it, we loved it. The table is huge and unique with the bench and 3 chair combo.
The recliners in front of what will soon be a 50" TV with my Dish satellite, residential fridge, double sleeper sofas, is what sold me. I like the open floor plan too. This should be a great trailer for us.

This will be our 3rd year here. I might build a ground level platform but we are considering moving next year. The family owned campground got bought out by Sun RV resorts and they are in the process of cutting all the trees down to turn it into a seasonal only trailer park. We are not happy with the direction the place is going. Good news is we have a nice site to park it this season.

No towing this one with my F-250, I have been on this site for too long to know better. Clearly F-350 dually territory.
This is a seasonal site that I leave it on, delivery was $350. (delivered by a 1 ton dually, over 60') I figured if I broke the sliding glass door during travel, that would be more than the delivery fee.
