My Cedar Creek has been pretty good, I'm out of warranty now but they agreed to replace the front cap on my camper and I only had a month left on warranty. They are going to replace the cap this coming October. I have had a few problems but Cedar Creek has taken care of them. A camper is not like a car or truck that you buy, some minor things you have to fix yourself. What model did you buy?

I'm sorry I didn't know but I thought your trailer was like most on the road, it's not. But the equipment that you have in it should work, on this trip I have already pulled 6,000 miles and have at least a 1,000 more miles to go

If it is a problem with the AC unit and not wiring go to the manufacturer of that unit. I had a problem with the furnace and never called the dealer as I was 730 miles away anyway. Atwood covered all but the service call to my campsite.

We hate to hear of your problems, and hope that it gets all fixed. While understanding your frustrations, the site team does need to point out something, so this thread and future ones from you can continue here.

That being said, any talk of lawsuits, class action, attorneys, etc. will most likely result in a thread closure.

It's explained in this thread:

and is in our site guidelines:

Dealer/Vendor and Customer Disputes: This forum is not intended to be a mechanism for people to vent frustrations about vendors or sales from private parties. Hopefully our members will be able to suggest things to get you and your children cool.
