Glad you have the pressure regulator. Many folks dont and have this problem so just wanted to make sure.
I am not sure where your pump is located but you will want to locate it anyway. When you run it you should be able to find it behind a panel via the vibration. Mine is accessible from the water access door on the side of my trailer. Many are under the bed or under the bench seating.
I just added a screw in backflow valve to the pump between the filter basket and the pump.
If you give it a try again it may work. Mine got stuck several times. It is just a ball inside the pump and sometimes does not seat right.
If you have a winterization valve (to input antifreeze not to bypass the heater) you can turn that. It also has a backflow valve on the input and would not fill the tank and stop the flow. I did not see one on your previous picture though so it may not be an option for you.
To save your trip you can just disconnect city water and run from the tank and turn it back on when you need more water. Fix the valve at your leisure that way.
