Furnace vent question

Heat comes out of bedroom and bathroom brown vents but not floor vents in living room/kitchen area?

Had the same problem on our TT, the flexible duct run underfloor had torn and no longer distribute air to 2 of 4 outlets. Had to drop underbelly to make repairs which involved a cleaner route and use of hard pipe. You might want to check furnace to make sure flex ducts are connected to plenum box as well as remove floor outlets to confirm flex is connected there as well.
Good luck.
