I winterized the trailer but the weather trumped it. Our campsite view.

Nice. The antifreeze is less expensive than missing another chance to go out [emoji106]

emjayuu....
Always nice to squeeze in a few more days.

That scenery looks pretty darn familiar ... please tell me where you are at in this photo ?

ahhh Ha ... I thought it was on the Island.

I just booked our spring get-a-way at Pacific Playgrounds RV Park.
For the last 6+ years we go there for a month mid April to mid May.
We're hoping that it won't be as rainy this year like it was last year.

If you have never been there it is a nice place , when it's off season, so much to see and do around that part of the Island.

It is packed during peak season. Still have reasonable rates, especially for a months stay , works out to $15 per day with 'full hook up' .
Spacious sites, relaxed atmosphere, pet friendly and not too far to travel for a nice get-a-way.

Enjoy

Awesome to know! We have friends that told us about it and they LOVE going there. I see you are from Nanaimo. We love Living Forest .

Living Forest Oceanside Campground & RV Park is only a few minutes away from me.
It is a very nice location as well... very popular, and large.

I've never stayed there because the wife says..."if my home bed is that close I'd rather sleep there".

I kinda agree with her... I sooner be away from home at least 1+ hrs drive before I am comfortable about camping.... but that's just me.
Otherwise all those "to-do-lists" waiting at home will haunt me.
