Welcome and congrat our your new TT.
Most of them have everything on them already.
The only option I can think of is the larger AC unit but that all depends on where you are located.
If it is your first TT then expect a trip to Camping World.
Sewer hose and adapters, leveling blocks, bubble level and chemicals for starters. I'm sure you will find many other options or MODs from others here.

Good Trailer, I had a Salem 27 for years no major problems.

If it is like our Salem 32BHDS, the options are for of course, colors on the inside and the show stopper package. Which is a 15K ac unit, and power everything, awning, jack, stabilizer. Skylight in bathroom, and surround on tub, different wall paper. We really do enjoy every minute of ours.

I have had the dbud since July. Love it. Been a nice camper at a fair price, very few defects....tows good behind my f150 and is a great camper for my family of 4. We could not be happier for the price.
