Outside kitchen

We purchased a 31KQBTS brand new off the lot. Today I went out and ran water through the lines and water heater to check for leaks. Found the outside kitchen leaks from the cold water hose, I'll throw some pipe dope on it and tighten it down. It should be fine. What's got me baffled is, the water drains extremely slow. I crawled under the unit and checked to see if there might be a valve closed for some reason. Nope. Drain line runs straight into the gray tank. I took the caps off and opened all the drains valves. Nothing came out. Am I missing something?

The drain line has an in line rubber thingy can't remember the terminology for it exactly.(its to keep the smell or water from backing up into sink) Same thing happened to me I took it out gave it a good cleaning and put it back in it worked perfectly. It's right after the drain line makes a 90 out of the sink bottom. Also had to make sure my unit was perfectly level and it drains great now. Not sure it yours would have one but that's how I fixed mine.

Believe that "rubber thingy". Is a Hepflo trap made in England. It's simply a compact trap where a full size cannot be fit. They can plug with hair or in this case most likely builders debris and inhibit drain flow.
