Poor customer service
Hello, Does anyone know how to get in touch with Forest river customer service ? I’ve tried e-mailing and calling, leaving messages from the numbers on their website. Nothing. No response from anyone . Has been a week, tried everyday. Very frustrating when you spend all this money and they don’t care after the sale is done. The dealer is being helpful but they said I need to talk to Forest River for further assistance with my issues. Thank you for any help on getting through.

Looks like your dealer let you down. Your dealer certainly knows how to get in touch with them. I don't understand why "they" won't assist you.

Hi Khanse, I see it is your 1st post.
Not sure why your dealer didn't provide you with the proper contact information if they want you to contact FR. That's odd.
Also, FR is made up of many divisions and you need to contact the division that manufactured your particular brand of R/V. Are you trying to contact the right brand?

Thank you for the replies, I am calling the dealer back this afternoon, Yes my original dealer I bought it from did let me down, have a roof leak with floors rotting on a year old Grand Villa 42 Veiw. The original dealer said sorry your warranty is out by a month since I signed the papers way before they set it up on my lot. Was told I had to. And they said they are closing the doors as of last week so can not help. Working with another dealer now to see if FR will at least help out or stand behind their very expensive product. We didn’t get much rain last summer here so the leak wasn’t apparent until now , raining almost everyday . Found a foot long section on the roof not even close to be sealed , selling dealer said it was inspected before sale. I was directed by the dealer to the right contact info for this grand villa, Maybe the dealer has a different number that will help if they call and not the customer. Customer seems to get nowhere with FR from what I’m reading. Thanks again.

If you indeed have a Salem brand Grand Villa, then I need to move this thread over to that subsection as you have posted in the "tent, a-frames, and truck campers" subsection.
Do you have a Salem?

Khanse, as was said, you started this thread in the A-frame sub-forum. An A-frame trailer is a very small hard-sided folding trailer, which is completely different than a huge destination trailer.

I would contact the warranty dept at the Salem division. Here is the Warranty Manager's phone number and name; Dean Bleile Warranty Manager (574) 534-6127 x 10917

Lineman, thanks for helping a owner of one of the Towable divisions' products. Especially since there are no FR Towable divisions reps on the Forum.

Yea but this was the first time I've seen one our Motorhome divisions rep, provide help to a Towable owner. Just wanted to thank you since us Towable owners never get any help here, from the Towable divisions reps.

My two cents' worth, I've definitely tried reaching out to Salem customer service directly before, both through the help form and directly emailing Marissa(?) I think it is, who is listed as the service support contact on their web page. I've also never received a response from either... I understand they are a large company and have a lot of trailers and probably countless support requests... but if they are unable to answer them, I just wouldn't advertise a support centre... My thoughts, anyway.

Good news I finally got a call from FR today, I guess better late than never. Starting the process to see if I’m eligible for any help with the warranty. Thanks to all who replied.
