Roof Sealer

I have a 2005 Salem 30bhbs. What sealer should I use for the roof, this is my first time sealing it?

Hello, and to the forums. I can't answer your question specifically, but will say if it a rubber roof, no sealer needed. Just a good cleaning. After it dries, may want to do some re-caulking around the edges with Dicor, and maybe around the vents, for the bath and refer. Metal roof should be about the same, just vents and edges.

Now if you want to put something on the whole roof, as in mobile home roof sealer, I wouldn't, unless you are on a permanent site. Too much vibration and movement while towing for anything to work well. For mobile homes, the COOL-SEAL product line was always good stuff, (may be KOOL_SEAL).

Glad to have you, and give it a good cleaning while waiting for others to offer their opinions.
