Rubber Roof Separation

My wife and I purchased a 26 ft 2013 FR Salem lite bunkhouse Feb 2013 for our first RV, and we have enjoyed it several times last spring and summer. I am a believer in proper maintenance and inspect our trailer top to bottom every 2 to 3 months. During my first inspection last spring I noticed the rubber roof was a little slack along where my awning mounted to the edge of the roof and I found a small crack near the bathroom methane exhaust vent that could let rain water enter which was promptly covered with self leveling sealant. I called my dealer about the slack looseness and was told this was normal. My second inspection showed some slight spread of the separation and the crack at the vent had spread out from under almost a 1/4 inch which was touched up with sealant again. My last inspection was early Nov, and to my surprise the separation and looseness of the rubber roof had spread almost the entire length of the awning and widened over 9 inches from the edge, and the bathroom vent crack, had spread over a inch from under my last sealant repair. Our trailer was taken to Camping World for warranty replacement of the rubber roof and has been denied 3 times because the warranty dept of Forest River cannot see the separation in the pictures sent by camping world no matter what angle the pics were taken from. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what my next step should be in order to get FR to honor their warranty? This is our "starter trailer" we want to upgrade to a Vibe trailer once we complete our wish list as we learn the ropes to mobile living, but if this is Forest River's commitment to their customers, maybe another manufacturer!
