RV Nose LED lights

What good are they? They are of no use in helping me hook up our 5th wheel in the dark. They aren't bright enough or aimed for that and although they can offer some decorative lighting to your 5th wheel, they annoy the campers across from you when you have them on so why do they put them on the nose of 5th wheels and some travel trailers? Are they just some "cool" thing that justifies adding a few hundred to the selling price?

Yep, they are just for looks.

I think they are just for looks, but it does keep me from walking into the fifth wheel when I walk around our trailer. I've run into that thing a few times (I'm only 5' tall) and it sure does hurt.
