Salem FSX 177BH

Just purchased new.

Can I assume hot water heater is fed by both "city water hook-up" and/or "30 gallon water tank"?

In other words, it should always have water unless off "city water hook-up" and "30 gallon water tank" is empty.

Thanks a lot......you folks have been a great help.

We will do a dry run this weekend here at home before hitting the road on our first every camping trailer trip. And, my wife and I waited until our 70's to get started on this type of adventure.

You are correct, it's fed by both city water and the water pump which pumps out of the fresh water tank. You need water in the fresh water tank and the water pump running to have water pressure in the system when not on city water.

Did you order?

HistoricMustang --

Did you order your new TT or purchase it from the lot? Just wondering if you knew how long production times are currently running. (We ordered in November and are so anxious.)

Camping World had several on their lot in Savannah, GA.......and they were marked down to $16,500.

We are so pleased with this camper.

I ordered a 178bhsk and was told if ordered by 1/22 they would have it by ~3/22.

That's good to hear. Thanks.
We are still getting the run around. I called and the projected offline date is "sometime in March". I'm just not sure why we can't get a more concrete date. Frustrating.
