Salem model numbers for TT

This may sound like a silly question, but what do diff part numbers mean on Salem TT. I think BH means bunk house. I have a 2021 (just bought used) “T241RLXL” just because we liked the layout. So what is it? When you search the forums no one else seems to own one. When I search online, I don’t see many videos. I see quite a bit for 24RLXL but not 241. What do the letters mean?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. The factory may have a list that explains the letters however I have never seen one. On my rig the FKWS stands for forward kitchen with slide. My guess is the RL stands for rear living room have no idea of the XL. just a guess and JMHO

From my dealer:

T = Travel Trailer

241 = (24.1 linear ft.) of inside floor you can walk on

RL = Rear Living Room

XL = Extra Lite Configuration

Sounds correct. I wonder why they have the “1” added. Because there is a 24RLXL, is there really .1’ difference?….. hmmm….

I got a generic manual. I assume that’s probably as close as I will get. Had to search the forum to find out what the switches near the floor were (tank heaters).

In the few days I’ve been a member here, I read tons of stuff and learned so much about trailers in general. I sold a Jayco 16’ hybrid and really enjoyed it. Had no issues with it. Now with FR Salem I’m starting over trying to find the quirks. Thanks for the reply.

In case someone has this trailer or is looking to buy, I found a 360 virtual tour here: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=rno3NaxKYzw&back=1

I can’t guarantee how long it will be live.
