Shower Surround

Recently purchased a Salem Travel Trailer and after taking delivery we realized that around the bath tub that there was not a surround (liner) to protect they wall from water damage. Was really surprised that this was not included with the trailer since it is really setup as a shower. Has anyone found a surround that you can get in the bathroom and mounted. When talking to the dealer on the phone they highly recommend installing one but didn't have an explanation why it would not have come with it from the start.

Many RVs have such showers. Most do just fine.
