Sink Trim Molding Coming Off

We have a '17 Cruise lite 171RBXL and after its first long cold winter we have noticed that our trim along the sink has separated from the sink counter along the whole outer edge. The trim has just a rubber strip that fits in a groove in center of counter edge and does not appear to have been glued and will not reset in groove. Anyone else notice this in their Cruise lite? Should it have had glue applied at factory? Thanx in advance for any input/help.
