Sofa couch vs theater seating

Hi all,
This past fall we bought out first fifth wheel. A 2021 GTX Salem hemisphere
286RL which we love.
We were able to camp for 4 different weeks before closing it up for a Pennsylvania winter.
On of the first upgrades I would like to make (if possible) is eliminating the sofa sleeper in the living area and putting the dual theater seating in its place.
Is this possible?? How easy is it to remove the sofa and bring in the theater seat. Looking at the space I am assuming they are both close to the same size.
Any links for anything would be appreciated

It is very easy to switch out a sleeper sofa to theater seating. We used 4seating.com. It was free shipping and install was easy. The seat backs come off so you can get through the door. Just be sure of your dimensions when ordering and make sure to order wall hugging seats so you can recline. Ours only needs 3 inches from back wall to recline fully.

Most sites clearly show measurements. Most recliners' backs are removeable.

Yup. Measure twice and buy once.

It doesn’t matter how much of a deal it seems, if it won’t fit where you envision the recliners going.

sofa couch vs theater seating

we removed our sofa couch and replaced with power recliners. went to our local furniture store and found what we needed. since we have no power plugs in the slide out we purchased a battery pack that operates both chairs. also since we were limited on space the chairs we found had controls on the inside of the arms. they came with back removed so no problem getting thru the door. do a little research and i'm sure you can find something to suit you and yes as someone said be sure they are wall away so they can recline. i set mine in and reclined them before i fastened them down to make sure of the clearance. good luck.
